Responsible for driving the end-to-end planning and project portfolio management process across the International Food Group (IFG) Strategy program. Ensuring that all initiatives identified through the strategic planning process are organized, fully resourced and executed in line with the program scope and objectives, timings and within the budget constraints set in order to achieve their desired results. Responsibilities Project Management Lead full project lifecycle from intake through deployment, as well as communication, change management and mobilization Reporting activity maintenance and tracking Support the IFG leadership team in facilitating the successful execution of the strategic initiatives through effective tracking and collaborative working with all of the relevant functional teams in and outside of IFG Track and report on progress against all initiatives Work with Finance team to ensure tracking against business case targets Use insight to support ongoing strategy reviews for both the existing strategy and potential future phases Build alignment across the strategic plans, initiatives and activities and work with the functional team members to highlight opportunities to bring initiative activities together across the business Working collaboratively with key business stakeholders to ensure that new initiatives are reviewed, approved, and implemented in an effective way Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Develop and implement communications strategy to engage stakeholders and build alignment on projects Create and deliver executive communications and presentations and maintain portfolio of reporting measures and metrics that are meaningful to stakeholders Requirements 8-10 years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years of people/project leadership Experience using and adapting continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Process Reengineering, Six Sigma, etc.) to own/drive continuous improvement Experience in leading complex strategic projects - developing analyses into actionable, relevant, go-to-market strategy and execution plans involving linkage to technology Experience leading large scale process re-design and change management initiatives Wholesale food distribution, retail or consumer packaged goods industry experience a significant advantage Outstanding project management skills Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks Thinks and acts proactively rather than reactively and directs resources and stakeholders accordingly High Emotional Intelligence with strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits Hybrid (2 days working at Ultra park II Lagunilla, Heredia and 3 days WFH) Private Medical Insurance Asociacion Solidarista Life Insurance Personal Day Off
