Job Description Summary:
The Global Operations Manager provides day-to-day administrative and program support to VP of Operations Integration and VP Operations for LATAM & APAC, including developing presentations, coordinating, scheduling meetings, data entry and analysis, strategic thinking, program management, KPIs and metrics reporting.

What we expect from you:
The primary job function is to support the HH&Y integration efforts and client operations for LATAM/APAC
- Data entry, analysis, and tracking
- Scheduling and attending meetings and preparing recaps
- Coordination of activities/training or tracking effort across multiple agencies
- KPIs and metrics reporting
- Documenting project tasks and routing
- Updating project estimates, timelines, and daily status reports
- Entering and tracking estimates
- Conducts internal project status meetings with operations and cross-functional internal teams, including global COO
- Drive small to large-scale initiatives with direct supervision
- Partner with direct supervisors on the strategic thinking of operational initiatives and ways of working
- Partner with direct supervisors on bringing new initiatives to life including network-wide training (if needed)
Background/experience and skills
- 3-4 years of relevant business experience
- Prior experience in an agency, consulting, or the communications industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. SharePoint is a plus
- Strong organizational and soft skills
- Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills
- Strong writing, editing, listening, and verbal skills in English and Spanish
- Data entry, analysis, and tracking
- Experience presenting to large groups, including senior management
- Scheduling and attending meetings and preparing recaps
- Coordination of activities/training or tracking effort across multiple agencies
- Documenting project tasks and routing
- Updating timelines and daily status reports
- Clearly communicates to the project team
