About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Business Process Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming our equipment sustaining operations.
We are a team of Equipment Engineering supporting Boston Scientific Coyol's production operation.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside equipment engineers and maintenance technicians, managing the equipment budget and seeking cost-saving improvements in spares and equipment procurement.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement in spare management, equipment procurement, machine shop costing, and other related areas.
Design, document, and implement new business processes and workflows that drive key commercial business priorities for the equipment engineering team.
Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and process maps.
Facilitate process workshops and training sessions as needed for technicians and engineers.
Monitor and measure process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all process-related activities.
Partner with existing technical teams to enhance knowledge of spare inventory management.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial engineering or related field.
