**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Senior Payroll Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end administration of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for the company's semi-monthly payrolls across three countries (USA, CAN, and CR). Reporting directly to the Payroll Director, this role involves complex payroll calculations and support for activities such as audits, reporting, accounting, and year-end processes.

Collaborating with the People, General Ledger, Benefits & Compensation teams, and interacting with third-party providers is a key aspect of this role.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Process new hires, leaves of absence, terminations, and maintain payroll changes and deductions.
- Process salary increases and, if applicable, retroactive payments.
- Review and import 3rd party information for semi-monthly payroll processing.
- Process child support, wage assignments, and garnishments.
- Audit payroll register and other ADP reports.
- Prepare and provide semi-monthly and monthly payroll-related reports to HR, FP&A, GL, and Accounting and Finance groups.
- Generate payroll reports using ADP Reporting as needed.
- Coordinate and plan year-end W-2 processing.
- Support Worker's Compensation, 401(k), and FSA audits.
- Provide information to employees on payroll matters, tax issues, and benefits deductions.
- Interface with outside payroll service (ADP), government agencies, and other vendors to resolve problems and issues.
- Ensure SOX Compliance regarding payroll processes.
**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably with Workforce Now Payroll and ADP Reporting.
- Experience with US and Canadian payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
- Accounting background highly desired.
- BS in Business or Accounting highly preferred.
- Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
