**Job Summary**
Responsible for the performance of their designated Managers and providing guidance to improve their performance. Works with designated Managers and other support staff to formulate and execute plans to improve performance and promote customer culture.
**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- **At least 4-8 years of directly related experience, including 3 or more years of supervisory and leadership experience. (must)**:
- Management of client and corporate goals, including Operational Metrics, Profitability/Productivity, Quality, Client Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Management of first-line supervisors.
- Associate satisfaction.
- Personal training and development with the Site Director and other CCM leaders through direct involvement in advanced projects.
- Blandishment and maintenance of client relationships.
- To work with Operations Support area representatives to improve the quality of the services being provided.
- To establish and maintain COPC guidelines.
- To facilitate client communication meetings.
- Discuss issues, concerns, action plans, and new requirements with support Areas (Owners' meetings).
- To accomplish Gross Profit forecast.

**Education**
Bachelors in Business or Industrial Engineering
**Experience Target**
- 8-10 years of relevant professional experience, including 2 years supervisory experience
