**Summary of Position**:
The Senior Operations Manager will provide leadership and give guidance in the process of preparing part of the digital treatment planning for patients.

**Essential functions and duties**

- Mentor, coach and train team members to ensure their success
- Work closely with team members to establish protocols and preferences and to ensure key providers are satisfied with the services they receive
- Gather feedback from team members and providers and analyze provider data to identify best practices
- Report key metrics and data, including but not limited to, reviewed cases per day
- Send superior weekly status reports that include projects, deadlines, performance of assigned team members regarding training, accuracy, metrics and satisfaction
- Review and evaluate cases, and make decisions on possible solutions
- Be responsible for managing quality monitoring in assigned team
- Investigate and analyze inquiries, and complaints
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
- In conjunction with other staff in the company, implement corrective action as it relates to policy
- Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote overall department improvements
- Collaborate in training at all levels
- Work collaboratively cross-team and cross-functionally to ensure a world-class quality
- Know and communicate our Vision and Mission to understand the priorities of the team & company
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelors/ Master's Degree or Orthodontic Certifications or

Proven Working Experience in similar role
- 5-7 Years in similar Experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
