We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of incident management, including monitoring, detection, and resolution of system issues to ensure optimal system performance and mínimal downtime.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to system performance, incidents, and problem areas.
- Work towards automating the detection and resolution of recurring issues, reducing manual effort and enhancing efficiency.
- Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop and implement monitoring solutions, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into effective operational solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations.
- Conduct root cause analysis investigations and prepare detailed reports, including customer-facing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) findings.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and streamlining to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform performance testing and collaborate with the QA team to ensure optimal system performance and identify capacity limits.
- Utilize SQL skills to extract and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to incident management, data analysis, automation, performance testing, SQL, and QA.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in incident management, data analysis, automation, data visualization, performance testing, SQL, and QA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis investigations and preparing comprehensive RCA reports.
- Familiarity with incident management processes, ITIL framework, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and techniques, with hands-on experience in implementing automation solutions.
- Experience in performance testing and collaborating with QA teams for system testing and optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
