We safe and sustain lives by balancing and optimizing supply planning to meet demand.

As a Senior Network Planner, you will serve as the link between commercial team (at a country level where the plant sits) and S&OP by collaborating with demand planning, plant leadership, and business units. This includes defining and implementing supply planning process, resolving priorities, including creation of MRP for sourcing of materials, DRP, MPS, crafting process improvements, and leading supply review

**What you'll be doing**:
Generating the replenishment requirements using the demand signal, on-hand inventory and inventory targets that deliver a comprehensive network supply plan across the supply chain organization, to meet all financial requirements, operational capabilities, and wholesalers service objectives for assigned Business Unit.

We undertake sophisticated analytics and driving process improvements managing a large sophisticated product portfolio. We also facilitate exception-based planning to maintain targeted inventory levels, prevent stock-outs and balance financial impacts

We are in control of setting monthly inventory strategy for BU thru management of Inventory Optimization tool efficient inventory targets at various locations in the supply chains to achieve the service objectives with minimum working capital investment.

We are empowered to make changes to our plan for network supply when deemed vital over the planning horizon. Changes are to be governed through sales and operations execution (S&OE) and planning (S&OP) process.

We collaborate and proactively communicates to drive a consensus approach to provide replenishment plans and exception-based reporting for assigned BU. Makes recommendations on actions needed to meet actual and forecasted demand.

This role reports the Key Performance Indicators for your given Business Unit complete with process improvement initiatives and prioritizes tasks and deliverables in a timeline fast paced environment. Also, you will support the Sr. Network Supply Planning Manager to drive continuous improvement efforts to improve performance on all core stats, including service targets and network inventory levels.

You will have the opportunity to facilitate/ deliver training and undertaking mentoring and be accountable of independently handling new product introductions and product conversions.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- B.A./B.S. Supply Chain, Operations or a business-related field
- Proven ability (5-7+ years) in supply chain planning, including specific experience in identifying planning process improvements, training and mentoring team members/colleagues.
- Extensive experience in an end-to-end supply chain role, including experience in S&OP process development and systems, experience in production planning, planning, or logistic
- Solid, straightforward, and professional oral and written communication skills, including presenting data and analysis clearly to management in both English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, & problem-solving skills required, therefor strong mathematical and analytical skills including experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Process improvement & proven results turn-around a plus.
- Must be proficient in data gathering and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business Key Perfomance measures by self-directing and a sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, related internal functions, external partners, and on project teams.
- Meets deadlines and work under pressure, with limited supervision, which needs well-organized skills and high level of attention to detail.
- APICS certification and customer management skills are a plus.
