Senior Network Engineer

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Maintain the network related system, such as R&S, Wifi, SDWAN, Solarwinds, etc.
- Proactive network performance monitoring and reporting with on-perm or cloud solutions
- Daily routine operation including network support, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Operational and backup recovery support
- Provide 7 x 24 2nd level roster-based on call support and resolving related incidents if needed

**What We Are Looking For**
- 3+ years' network working experience.
- Familiar with networking products/solutions of Cisco, Fortinet, Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Equinix, Solarwinds etc.
- Holder of CCNA / CCNP is preferable
- Hands-on experience to design, config, and maintain router, switch, and firewall.
- Experience as in-house network administrator
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and remediation to avoid future outages
- Ability to communicate, written and verbal, to both technical and non-technical co-workers
- Ability to document detailed procedures and processes and a demonstrated ability to share knowledge
- Flexible to work extended hours and weekends when required for support and project related activities
- Team player with excellence communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
