Senior Marketing Manager, Latam

As the first cash-free certified fintech in Costa Rica, we are expanding our access to capital to new markets in Costa Rica and across Latam.
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute regional marketing strategy to drive awareness and generate leads including launching the product in new markets and planning multi-channel marketing campaigns across above and below the line strategies
- Utilize targeting, customer segmentation, and understanding of buyer's journey to construct innovative multi-channel engagement programs
- Monitor and evaluate the competitive environment and trends to ensure plans and activities are relevant to the market and the needs of the business
- Manage and coordinate agencies responsible for executing campaigns
- Manage marketing plan to budget
- Measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns and social media

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years' experience financial services marketing
- Creative, passionate mindset with a desire and ability to innovate within marketing and communications
- Deep understanding of the latest digital marketing tools and current digital marketing ecosystem
- Proven experience in marketing automation and business analytics tools and grasp of key metrics to measure ROI and drive success
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Strong project management skills with experience managing geographically distributed stakeholders
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
