The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will oversee Talent Acquisition service delivery in their assigned regions. They will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate recruitment resources to ensure regional recruitment targets are achieved and continually review and contribute to the evolution of recruitment processes, tools and resources in line with company strategies and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to Recruitment team/team leaders on all ISO and BMS processes to ensure that team is trained and compliant- Oversee and manage the regional talent acquisition function. This includes resource optimization in line with business needs and ensuring a scalable recruitment model for growth.- Work with VP, Talent Acquisition to develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy for assigned regions ( job posting optimization, comprehensive recruitment and social media campaign planning) to address regional growth objectives- Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process and lifecycle-
- Monitor team performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key stakeholders and take corrective action as required.- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, industry/local events, and networking to attract top talent- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and reward and mitigate as required- Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfilment of all regional open requisitions with quality talent- Work with Senior Management to develop Recruitment strategies in line with company culture and core values with the development of recruiting strategies (related to diverse and inclusive recruitment, redeployment program, career mobility, employee referral program, etc.)- Manage the Talent Acquisition team(s) in a way that optimizes performance, including coaching, training, development, and guidance to the team on strategies and best practices - Lead by example- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and other internal benchmarks as appropriate.- Ensure all regional processes are followed to ensure the integrity of hire including background and reference checks- Perform other duties as requested by management.- Champion company core values and other company programs to engage and motivate our employees- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience- 5- 10 years of Recruiting experience- Minimum 6 years' experience in a Recruitment Leadership position, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume/growth environment demonstrating leading, change management and innovation- College Diploma or University degree in a related field- Master's degree or certification in a related field would be an asset.
