Senior Manager/Principal, People Operations And

As a **Senior Manager/Principal, People Operations and Experience** with Convera, you will have a deep understanding of a wide range of HR functions and a strong background in HR technology. You are a highly engaged and people-centric person who is passionate about making people processes easy, effective, and reliable through simplification and automation. You are both strategic and operational, and will be responsible for managing the global **HR ServiceNow** platform as well as partnering with HR COE's on program development and implementation. This role reports to the Director of People Operations and Experience.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Creating SOP's for all HR operational processes with the goal of defining accountabilities, simplifying processes, and driving global consistency and automation.
- Develop and oversee the HR ServiceNow platform to document and standardize HR processes, tasks, response templates and approvals to a globally consistent process.
- Analyze and translate business information, using the outputs to build an architectural blueprint that will be used to expand the ServiceNow knowledge base with the goal to improve employee experience and drive self-service.
- Partner with People teams to manage programs and track interdependences and impacts across the People organization to ensure timely delivery of programs while optimizing people experience.
- Acts as change management champion to drive HR automation and technology solutions across the People team and organization.
- Collaborate with cross-department colleagues and leaders to understand and implement HR programs that build scalable processes to drive global standardization while meeting regional nuances and legislative requirements.
- Use your ServiceNow expertise to define and identify creative solutions that will help meet and exceed the business expectations.
- Based on yours of experience with ServiceNow, work closely with the vendor and internal IT partners to promote new design ideas and influence build product changes.
- A minimum of 8 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a master's degree
- Experience with **HR ServiceNow **platform
- Experience of defining and running architecture governance processes, and of shaping and communicating architectural strategy
- Successful record of building, improving, and running operational business processes, and the ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of people experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication with proven ability to create of SOP's, policies, and other HR documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects through design, develop and implement lifecycle.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.) including the ability to analyze data and trends.
- In depth knowledge of HR operations and knowledge of people functions including HRIS, payroll, benefits, learning, talent, and compensation.
