Responsible for managing or performing work associated with IT infrastructure & systems administration (internal or outsourcing staff) including installation, configuration, administration, support and maintenance of IT software and hardware systems, IT data/voice network systems, and internal databases. Activities include ensuring the uptime, performance, and resource availability of the computers and other IT systems; matching the organization's resources with the demand placed on them; monitoring organization's wide area and/or local area network performance; identifying and resolving network problems; upgrading network hardware, software and telecommunications equipment; IT data center facility operations; and ensuring the quality, accuracy and security of databases**Requirements**:- Manage specific job processes/projects as determined by leadership- Lead cross-functional support team during project activities- Ensure on-site resources provide adequate staffing coverage and support for business integration events- Facilitate the execution and support of business integration (deployment, foldout, or transfer) activities for all functional areas across the BT department- Review and advise on master deployment plans (MDPs) and associated collateral materials- Build relationships with site leadership, Sysco business partners, and BT (Business Technology) functional leads- Lead debriefs for the onsite team and maintains communication transparency with leaders- Assist team in escalating defects, issues, and incidents- Coordinate issue resolution and keep leadership informed of status/situations- Facilitate lessons learned for each phase of the project- Other activities as deemed necessary and directed by BT (Business Technology) leadership Leadership and Initiative- Takes initiative to suggest and implement continuous process improvements- Inspires others through positive leadership (creates followership among others)- Anticipates issues and proactively works to address their Motivation and Commitment- Self-starter- Motivated by the desire to make an impact- Highly committed to exceeding expectations and continuous improvement- High energy level- Strong personal work ethic flexibility- Willing to take on various types of work as directed by leadership- Good fit with Sysco corporate culture- Ability to adapt to different management, communication, and delivery styles (as needed) based on the situation- Highly flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment personal resilience- Willing to take measured risks- Thrives and succeeds in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment**Education**- Master's degree or MBA preferred (For internal associates, equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree)- Experience in a business process design role (or other similar) with large (for example, $10M - $20M) business change- initiatives that include discovery, design, documentation, and optimization of enterprise-level business solutions (people, process, technology)- Working knowledge or experience of Sysco business processes (such as order to cash, or procure to pay) or equivalent mergers and acquisition processes- 7+ years of overall IT (or related area) work experience.- 3+ years leading teams in business functions or related areas.- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, MS Project, and advanced Excel data manipulation and formatting.- 3+ years of experience in project management in both large and small- scale projects is a plus.**Skills**:- making skills.- Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills.- Ability to quickly build a trusted relationship with leadership, resources, and support teams- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical associates and end-users.- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and associates.- Ability to research functional process matters, such as similar issues that other companies might be dealing with, potential vendors who might provide products, or services that could address a specific need, and so on.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing associated stress.- Flexible; readily accepts new changes; open to new ideas.- Demonstrated ability to deliver against deadlines and produce high-quality results (accuracy, thoroughness in the deliverables they are producing)- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments- Ability to speak to all deployment activity process threads, such as conversion data validation, change management, or- business activities- Ability to present in formal or informal settings, including presenting to OpCo leadership- Ability to identify key stakeholders in the business process across OpCo (operating company), Corporate, or SBS (Sysco Business Service)
