In this challenging role you will be leading a small team of lawyers and accountants (approx. 10 team members) located both within the country and aboard; engaging with clients, including planning, coordination, communication, administration and the delivery of services to our clients.As a very organized and structured person, with fluent English and great communication skills you will be responsible for overseeing day to day operational activities, including the delivery of legal and accounting services, client invoicing and client collections. You will have the key responsibility to ensure that all teams are delivering for our clients and that client administration and planning is top notch!In this role you will be a key member of the group leadership team and will be expected to lead, plan, coordinate, delegate and communicate. To be successful in this role, you must be very organized, be a natural leader, be very hard working, can delegate and have fantastic communication skills (both in person and online).Key to be successful in this role: Degree qualified lawyer, Fluent English, Experience leading teams, Great interpersonal skills and Ambitious!We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and can start delivering from day one!
