Your primary role willbe designing and implementing scalable and efficient microservice architectures.Position's General Duties and Tasks:Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.Lead the planning and design of product and technical initiatives and mentor Developers/ team members.Drive improvements in engineering techniques, standards, practices, and processes across the entire department, always encouraging a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.Collaborate with the team members to ensure that the deliverables are on schedule.Engage with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand user requirements.Partner with entire technical team to determine systems planning, scheduling and implementation timeline to ensure the appropriate timing is set to ensure the project can be completed in scheduled time.Participate in Agile planning and estimation activities to break down large tasks into smaller tasks.Communicate with customers and meet their various needs.Provide technical guidance to team and lead on issue resolution.Design reusable frameworks – Environment management and layout design.Mentor Jr/ team members and supporting the interviews/ evaluation.QualificationsMust have Skills:Java, Maven/ Grade, Spring boot, Scrum, JIRA, GitHub/ Bitbucket, Eclipse/ IntelliJ IDEWorking knowledge in at least one of the Clod - AWS/ AzureHands on experience in one of the PAAS - OpenShift or PCFGood understanding of DevOps pipelineExperience is setting up Continuous Deployment / Continuous Integration (CI / CD) pipeline for different platforms.Experience in solving technical issues with thorough research and investigation.Working knowledge of one the testing tool like TestNG, Selenium etc.Nice to have:Migration experience from PCF to OpenShiftMigration experience from on-premises to CloudAny Certification related to:Java/ Cloud/ DevOps/ Scrum/ PCF/ OpenShiftEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent required.About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
