**About the role**:
As a Senior Java Developer, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Identify and analyze user requirements.
- Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.
- Write well-designed, efficient code.
- Review, test and debug team members' code.
**Our requirement**:
- Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and leading web development teams, including remote and distributed teams.
- Extensive experience in web development with Java
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Node.js is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, version control, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage deadlines, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Solid problem-solving skills and a track record of innovative thinking.
- Ability to balance technical expertise with strategic thinking and business acumen.
- A commitment to staying current with industry trends and continuously improving skills.
