**About the job**:
We are currently looking to hire a talented, bilingual, self-starter Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team and help us attract top talent for international clients.

**Essential duties and job responsibilities**:

- Act as primary contact on the full life cycle of recruitment for Encora across multiple functions and locations especially in IT.
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources i.e. networking, local-recruiting marketing campaigns, employee referral programs, social networking and targeted websites.
- Extend offers and process employment contracts.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in recruiting Software Developers.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn tools is a must.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1- as minimum).
- Experience in assessing English communication skills (written and verbal) using the CEFR guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of end to end recruiting processes.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and other processes is a plus.
