Our Department in Athens is looking for a motivated Senior Business Consultant for HR to work with client/s in the European Public sector such as European Commission European Patent Office, European Medicines Agency, United Nations and NATO.
You will be part of a multicultural, high-performing, cross-functional and agile team responsible for the design, implementation and building services for European and international organizations.
**Your key responsibilities**:
Lead the human resources practice within the centre of Excellence.
Be part of the growth of this business line
Manage projects and collaborate in proposals and business generation.
Identify, define, optimize the human resources processes in our clients at International Organizations level.
Help our clients at International Organizations level to define the strategic for their human resources department.
