DHL Finance and HR Services Americas, a division of Deutsche Post DHL Global Business Services, is providing an opportunity for a highly motivated professional within a multi-cultural shared service environment. This role is based in the Shared Service Center (SSC), Costa Rica.

**Purpose of role**

DHL is hiring a Senior HR Business Parther to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team.

As Senior HR Business Partner you support and provide solutions to business management in order to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies, best practices and current legislation.As Senior HR Business Partner you advise business management of the departments within your scope. You are responsible for developing and implementing tactical and strategic HR topics for these departments

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand the organization's strategic objectives, challenges, and goals.
Translate business goals into HR strategies and initiatives that support the achievement of these objectives.
- Consultation and Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Offer guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Talent Management: Identify critical roles within the organization and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for key positions.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations and goals for their teams. Provide guidance on performance feedback, coaching, and development plans.
- Organizational Development: Analyze organizational structure and dynamics to identify areas for improvement and change. Develop strategies to enhance teamwork, collaboration, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Change Management: Help employees and managers navigate through change by providing communication, training, and support. 7. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Provide guidance on resolving workplace issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas that need improvement. Use data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with business leaders to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent. Provide insights on market trends and industry benchmarks.

**Required Business Skills and Qualifications**:

- A relevant bachelor's or master degree (preferably in HR or business administration)
- At least 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience in a generalist HR function
- Experience in HR project and change management
- Extensive knowledge of key figures and targets
- Analysis, planning and organisation skills
- Pro-active, customer-oriented and enthusiastic
- Excellent influencing skills and persuasiveness
- Strong communication and social skills
- Teamplayer
- English and Spanish Fluent
