**About the role**:
As an ESRI GIS Senior Engineer you will be responsible for designing and implementing GIS (Geographic Inforation System) solutions using ESRI's software suite.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience (Application Develoment/ESRI).
- Excellent communication skills (C1).
- Extensive knowledge and experience with ESRI's ArcGIS platform including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, and frameworks like Angular, React, Vue.
- Familiarity with data virtualization techniques and geospatial data representation. Strong understanding of GIS concepts, data models, geodatabases, and spatial analysis.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS API for Javascript, Python scripting, and other programming lenguages used in GIS development.
- Familiarity with geospatial data formats and standars (e.g., shapefiles, GEOJason, WMS, WFS). Understanding of UI design principles, ussability and accessibility standars.
- Ability to architect and design scalable, high performance GIS solutions using ESRI's technologies.
- Experience in designing and configuring ARCGIS Enterprise deployments, including server infrastructure, load balancing, and high availability.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and experience with deploying and managing GIS solutions in the cloud.
- Understanding of enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including databases, networking, security, and system integration.
- Strong project management skills to lead GIS projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools for project tracking and collaboration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
