We hire carefully, and the entire team is allowed to take part in evaluating potential hires.- Relate to our core values and would like to contribute to a positive working environment and culture.Qualifications:- This person must reside in Costa Rica.- Advanced English.- Bachelor in Computer Engineering, or similar.- 8+ years as a Software Engineer with a passion for front-end and the user experience.- Expert in CSS: Styled Components, Grid, Flexbox, Animations, and Cross-browser compatibility.- Strong experience with React and NextJS using TypeScript/JavaScript(ES6/7+).- Understanding of state management frameworks and workflows.- A proponent of unit, integration, and performance testing.- Bonus: Full stack Node.js experience.- Bonus: React Native and or mobile experience with iOS and Android.- Bonus: Experience with accessibility and ADA compliance.- You always deal in an honest, direct, and transparent way.- You embrace responsibility and find joy in having the answers.- Through blog posts, newsletters, podcasts, video tutorials, and meetups, you regularly self-educate and improve your skill set.- You show appreciation and return kindness to those you work with.
