The Intel Finance Organization is a fundamental backbone to make this happen while we support the creation and capture of Intel's value to shareholders.
We are looking for talented and self-motivated individual to join our Client Computer Group (CCG) Finance team and manage our long-term investment plan.
This role allows great exposure to CCG product portfolio and roadmap as well as the opportunity to closely partner with other supergroups across Intel.
The analyst also plays a critical part in CCG Gladius implementation.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Leading Corporate 5-years and Engineering 3-years Long Range Planningprocess and engaging with senior management in support of investment optimization discussions
- Driving successful CCG Gladius implementation
- Partnering with the portfolio team on managing CCG roadmap affordability
- Problem Solving, identifies problems and seeks help in determining root cause.
Searches for solutions and develops them in own area of responsibility.
- Communication, Develops and delivers information clearly and concisely, in a well-organized manner.
Waits until presenter is done with their idea before speaking and asks clarifying questions when they are most useful.
- Action Orientation, displays drive, energy has proactiveness and anticipates customer needs; stays focused and aligns priorities despite uncertainty.
Good to perform job responsibilities with mínimal supervision and under pressure/ambiguity.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of related practical experience in financial roles.
- 2+ years of experience on Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Planning, forecasting and business modeling.
- Advanced English level
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Macros, and Queries.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Power BI or any Data visualization or analytics tools.
- Passion and knowledge for Driving process improvements, Automation, standardization, and business process management (BPM).

The Client Computing Group (CCG) is responsible for driving business strategy and product development for Intel's PC products and platforms, spanning form factors such as notebooks, desktops, 2 in 1s, all in ones.
Working with our partners across the industry, we intend to continue to advance PC experiences to deliver the real-world performance people demand.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
