Responsible for preparing monthly reports, variance analysis and commentaries that will help identifying key focus areas for management
- Assist in consolidating, reporting and analyzing strategic plan, annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Work with the in-house accounting team and HR team to ensure integrity and relevance of management reporting
- Perform system reconciliations and adjustments to guarantee correct reporting
- Recommend improvements/enhancements to current processes and reporting; provide analytical support and suggestions regarding the development of the corporate planning systems
- Prepare relevant ad-hoc analysis and develop new reports in support of the financial planning and analysis processes
- Support and drive automation of current reports via Power Bi or similar tools
- Provide support in developing materials for senior management presentations, discussions and reviews
- Participate in special projects as assigned by Finance management
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members
**Scope/Supervision and Interaction**:
- Makes decisions appropriate for level of responsibility, raises concerns to the appropriate level of management and keeps management informed of activities
- Relies on management for key decision making
- Interaction with Business and Corporate Planning colleagues, Accounting, Investor Relations, Treasury, HR, Tax and business line representatives
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business discipline or progress toward equivalent accountancy qualification
- 3-5 years experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) - reporting and modeling
**Key Competencies**:
- Exposure to PowerBi or similar business analytical tools preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Attention to details with capacity to understand the bigger picture
- Proficiency in English in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; confident flexible and positive attitude.
