**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**This position will support the Manager of the Time Management team with analytics associated with revenue recognition, timesheet audit, and overtime reporting. This position will be responsible for maintaining the team's operational metrics, acting as the Manager's main support to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the execution of all requests received from key stakeholders. It will also have the opportunity to work with FP&A teams and other Finance Operations teams on various projects and initiatives that impact the Finance organization as a whole.**:
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Providing analysis, with strong attention to detail: Perform weekly reporting on revenue data to be presented and analyzed by revenue teams.
- Understanding the big picture, even when the work gets granular, requiring strong organizational skills - an ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently. This role does require you to "roll up your sleeves" and play an active role to make change happen.
- A focus on continuous improvement - you will work across multiple functions to implement process improvements while incorporating feedback.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
**Basic Job Requirements / Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience of proven excellence with analysis, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff.
- Advanced Knowledge in MS Excel.
- Attention to detail, well organized and able to set priorities.
- Ability to analyze and present data in a meaningful way.
- Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential.
- High level of initiative and resourcefulness - results oriented, self-motivated, dependable
- Displays customer service oriented behavior

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge and experience in the utilization of Alteryx or other big data analytics tools.
- Knowledge and experience with data reporting tools such as tableau.
- Business Objects or similar data query tool experience

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
**As a member of the NAMR Finance Shared Services team, you will work closely with regional Finance teams as well as Finance and HR teams in BCG locations across the US and Canada, participating in the delivery of reliable services to support business needs.**:
