Nos comprometemos a trabajar duro, divertirnos y dejar huella.About the Role**Responsibilities**:G&A Consolidations:- Capture, consolidate, and analyze General and Administrative (G&A) financials for Workday, and assist with month-end close and forecasting processes.- Develop detailed reports and presentations to summarize G&A expenses and trends for management review. This will also include Capital expenditures, operating expenses and Headcount variance reporting.- Partner with G&A Finance team to provide data insights, establish key metrics, and find opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements related to G&A expenses.Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis in response to requests from management or other departments.-- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.Miscellaneous Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.- Support various internal and external reporting requirements.Collaboration:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.- Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.- Participate in projects as assigned by management.Envíe su CV en inglés.
