We have been named by Forbes magazine as one of the "World's Most Innovative Companies" and ranked on Fortune's Best Companies to work for.**Job Description**:- Support the monthly revenue forecast, sales' commission forecast, goal tracking setting and commission payment calculation for the Integrated Sales business unit.- Prepare monthly revenue and cost reporting and trend analysis.- Prepare monthly management reports and support ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting and analysis- Drive standardization and create efficiencies across financial reporting and analysis models- Analyze and interpret operating results and investigate variances- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics- Create and maintain desktop procedure documents for routine processes**Qualifications**:Applicants must meet the following requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related Bachelor degree (MBA/CPA preferred)- English fluency- 4+ years progressive experience in Finance- Strong Experience with sales forecast and/or commission/royalties forecast.- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting concepts- Experience dealing with high volume of data and tied deadlines.- Experience working with commission/compensation processes (preferred) and partnership with Sales Teams- Experience working in an offshore Shared Service Center preferred- Highly collaborative, accountable, and extremely detailed under tight timelines- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques- Highly motivated, results-driven finance professional- Intellectual curiosity, proactive approach to problem-solving- Experience with tableau, Power BI is a plus.- Strong Excel skills required; Experience/knowledge of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and Smartview preferredAdditional InformationOur benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work/Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow togetherFind out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here- Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
