You conduct yourself confidently and respectfully with colleagues at all levels, and value building strong relationships across the organization.**Role description - What you'll be doing**You will be instrumental in the monthly close and forecast activities, annual budget process, and annual strategic planning.- Develop, consolidate, and maintain line of sight into the business unit P&L, as a key contributor to forecast, month-end, and budget reviews with finance leadership teams.- Deliver insight to the business through advanced data analytics and automation.- Develop new tools, dashboards, and processes to drive scalable analysis and insight.- Collaborate with functional leaders across the business.- Continuously focus on and implement process improvements, utilizing RPA and the centralized finance hub where possible.- Build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve impactful results.**Qualifications**:**What your background looks like**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A.- Advanced English level.- Experience with working in an offshore shared service center preferred.- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting concepts for expenses accounts (OPEX, CAPEX).- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques.- Expert communicator across different audiences, with significant prior exposure to senior executives.- A proven track record of partnering with the business to deliver significant financial outcomes.- You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.- Expert in Oracle, Hyperion including SmartView or similar ERP.- Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing and prioritizing deadlines.**Additional Information**:**_ This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
