**Job Title**: Senior Financial Analyst
**Job Overview**
- ** L**eads the financial performance processes of the factory (rolling forecasts, annual operating plan, month end closure).
- Ensures timely and accurate deliverables, finance forecast reliability and scoping
- Recommends changes to factory financial policies.
- Supports management reviews to measure meeting of objectives
- Develop data-driven solutions requiring a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles and concepts.
- Leads improvement projects, in coordination with other factories in the United States.
- Performs analysis of situations requiring a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis and determines appropriate action.
- Builds productive internal working relationships across the Philips integrated supply chain.
- Influences a multi-million dollar manufacturing operation.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze & review Ind PnL.
- Support on operations monthly performance reviews (MPR), rolling forecasts (RoFo), and Annual operating plan (AOP)/SPOR
- Working with the manufacturing sites and supply chain teams all around the globe on structurally improving financial KPIs such as Productivity, Inventory, CAPEX, Cost of Non-Quality, BOM savings, and Integral Warehousing and Distribution costs
- Supporting Ernst & Young audits in the manufacturing sites, helping ensure compliance, driving improvements, and being the one-point-of contact between Costa Rica Operations and the central Internal Control team
- Support local statutory reporting requirements as needed
- Driving business performance by identifying and tracking savings and growth opportunities
- Creating business cases for different projects
- Support finance transformation initiatives
- Coordination with Accounting Operation, Tax Group, MTM, CTM on any other statutory accounting related activities
- Constantly look for improvement opportunities in the area of direct responsibility, but not limited to and drive implementation
- Complete Internal Controls work according to Internal Control Standards( ICS ) tool on a timely and accurate basis and supervise ICS tasks carried out by other members
- Drive standardization/harmonization of Statutory Accounting ways of working across regions
- Develop KPI's/measurements to effectively measure and monitor out performance across regions
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Business English
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a Finance and/or Accounting orientated study. CA/CPA/ICWAI preferred.
- 3 years + of progressive working experience and roles in e.g. Finance, FP&A, financial control, management reporting and analysis, preferably within an international environment.
