**What you will do**
- Partner with Sr.
Manager of Finance to help manage HC and Opex budgets for the Marketing and G&A functions.
This includes tracking recruiting progress, reconciling open reqs, monitoring department monthly spend and performing month end accruals
- Prepare monthly actual vs. budget variance analysis reporting package and share insights with budget owners
- Provide support to the broader FP&A team by running ad hoc data analysis, key accounts drill down analysis in Netsuite and monthly cloud vendor spend tracking
- Contribute to the annual financial planning process and long range modeling process
- Work with the Functional leads and accounting team to drive system implementation for PR/PO processes, and participate in the evaluation and setup of a financial planning tool.
**What you will bring with you**
- 5+ years of relevant experience; SaaS experience a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field;
- Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial statements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain financial data to non-finance leaders
