SENIOR DEVELOPER - SERVICE NOW

Primary responsibilities are attending to development and support of ServiceNow platform, bringing inovations, integrations and new technologies into the platform with strong focus on perfect execution.
Implementing new ServiceNow features and modules according to market best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead efforts to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code on complex issues
- Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes and formulating alternative solutions in policies and procedures.
- ensuring that project deliverables are consistent with architecture, quality, security policies
- Mentoring junior team members
- Keeps abreast of technical innovation by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Incidental: Other duties as assigned by Leadership

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree in related field, 5 Years of experience in IT demonstrating solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.
Experience and training in the specific technologies that will be used for development Required

**Additional Skills**:
Relevant industry experience (e.g.
medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
or in highly regulated environments / corporate

Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, organized and information seeking skills

Excellent organization and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

Substantial knowledge and understanding of computer science fundamentals

Substantial troubleshooting/debugging skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals

Strict attention to detail

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

Be part of all technical aspects within solution development and delivery

Provide technical consultations to stakeholders

Provide software development for service now platform and production releases

ServiceNow Admin Certification

ServiceNow Development experience.
Developer certification desired.
Experience in Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Import Sets, integration with REST APIs

ITIL certification is advantage

Relevant industry experience (e.g.
medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
or in highly regulated environments / corporate
