**Shift Type: Evening Shift - Mon-Sat**
**Mon
- Fri: Shift start: 4 pm - Shift End: 11 pm**
**Saturdays: 12 pm to 7 pm**
**Position Summary**
This is a mid-level designer position, to provide high-quality treatment planning and digital set-up with company CAD software. At least 4 years of directly related experience is required. This position is based in Heredia, reports directly to DPS Designer supervisor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create high-quality digital treatment plan that will provide the clinical effect expected by our customers, following prescriptions and instructions received from providers. Have effective clinical communication on treatment planning with Drs via company software and platform.
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization.
- Resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. Help other partners of the team to solve various problems in the design
- Solve complex professional problems independently and timely. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Put forward referential improvement suggestions for the process / specification. Able to propose improvement plans to help improve the service level of the team
- When encountering important technical decisions or key disagreements, they can clearly express their carefully considered opinions. When necessary, they should supplement data and research results to obtain everyone's approval
- Able to teach full-time newcomers, and can help or guide the partners to meet the requirements of the corresponding rank in terms of learning ability and competence
- Actively pay attention to the completion of daily workload and actively help the team to complete tasks
- Be able to cooperate with the supervisor in formulating team objectives, task disassembly, plan formulation and resource allocation. Familiar with and actively care about various conditions in the work process, be able to communicate accurately, timely and effectively, and actively solve problems.
- Be able to use data thinking to help the supervisor analyse team performance and improvement opportunities. Have a forward-looking consciousness in work, be able to understand the needs of the market and customers and put forward new methods and ideas.
- Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
- Lead designers on medium scope projects. Structure and manage the execution of project/program tasks with general supervision and little guidance and recommends new approaches.
- Actively acquire relevant knowledge and improve professional ability
- Follow DPS working instruction, clinical protocol, quality instructions and other guidelines.
- Follow working schedule, accomplished daily production operation task assigned by team leader.
- Follow all established company policies and procedures including health and safety.
- Participate in team meetings, training, tests, and other activities as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Normally requires a diploma degree or may have a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline
- Has at least 4 years of directly related experience.
- Good knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
- Work with mínimal supervision, in a performance oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Logical thinking, results and quality oriented; able to work under pressure to achieve goals. Agility to solve problems.
- Demonstrate high potential to learn, adapt and manage the company tools to track and improve own performance.
- Show ability and willing to help others.
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and self-motivation.
- Good in English, both written and spoken is a plus.
