Marketing Outbound Demand Generation Specialist We are seeking an experienced digital marketing expert to join our fast-paced, global BB Marketing organization as part of our Outbound Demand Generation Team.
This team focuses on direct communication with our customers at scale.
This role will be responsible for contact journey strategy, marketing automation, completing outbound communications (email, SMS, direct mail, telemarketing), campaign landing pages, reporting, analysis, and providing recommendations to the rest of the marketing team.
BB Marketing and outbound tactics are changing at a rapid pace.
We are seeking marketers who are curious and motivated to stay updated with standard methodologies in marketing and continuously experiment and improve.
You will join a talented team of marketers as individual contributor in making our vision a reality – ignite the brand through storytelling, deliver sustainable high growth marketing programs, and focus on the customer at the center of everything.
In this role, your responsibilities will be Implement email and nurture campaigns, including campaign setup, orchestration, email template setup, scheduling, testing, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results in collaboration with multiple teams.
Strategize and implement marketing automation strategies Foster creative ideas to meet business objectives, overcoming engagement obstacles and staying current with industry standard methodologies.
Support the Demand Strategy team in the execution of strategic, long-term outbound email plans that integrate with organizational marketing initiatives Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to make intelligent, informed recommendations, decisions, and forecasts regarding outbound programs Collaborate with a diverse range of business owners and marketing collaborators Give input on global strategy for audience health Help develop on fully integrated outbound campaigns using an audience first approach.

Who you are: For this role, you will need: Energetic marketing professional with - years of experience Discernment and experience in developing a customer journey Initiative – Actively influences events; acts beyond what is necessarily called for.

Familiar with marketing analytics and KPIs to influence, recommend and interpret database marketing insights.
Ability to create leadership-level presentations and communicate with large groups Ability to build strong working relationships, influencing and collaborating with Field marketing, Brand, Online, Sales, Business Intelligence, and other key collaborators across all levels of the organization.
Education – MS/BS/BA degree required, preferably within Advertising or Marketing.
