**About the Role**:
Tebra is looking for a customer oriented Senior Data Analyst who will play a critical role for the Reporting & Analytics team.
This position will be responsible for leading efforts to deliver business analytics & reporting capabilities for the Customer Success organization working alongside a community of reporting and data analysts and SQL Developer.
**Your Area of Focus**:
- Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
- Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
- Assist in the design, implementation, and enforcement of data infrastructure
- Analyze, synthesize, and share research findings into key insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on processes, offerings to improve client satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare presentations on monthly and quarterly team performance
- Document current business processes
- Work with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Automation of monthly operational processes that support key programs
**Your Professional Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Experience and proficiency visualization tools such as Tableau, Google data studio a plus
- Experience and proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python or Dax
- A self-driven individual who adapts well to change, such as in a high growth SaaS environment
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent facilitation and consensus-building skills
- Eagerness to gain experience across a wide range of operational projects and skill sets
- Familiarity working with Salesforce, and/or Gainsight
