**Requirements**:
- Manage the lifecycle of Tableau dashboards, including business requirements gathering, functional specification write-ups, prototyping, development, QA, UAT, roll-out and post-launch enhancements implementation.
- Take ownership of the End-To-End Dashboard development including but not limited to dashboard creation and visualization, Trend Line & Predictive Analysis, data source management, dashboard publishing on Tableau server, report authoring and troubleshooting, etc.
- Create repeatable ETL and data model in Alteryx to serve data to Tableau dashboards
- Maintain, support and optimize SQL queries and Access Macro used in Tableau Dashboards
- Drive project scoping, capture and document customer requirements, build proof of concepts for internal stakeholders before engaging in full end to end development of the final dashboard solution
- Document end to end solution including data sources, data model/structure, dashboard UI design, user manual, etc.
- Design and implement processes and standards to aid in report/dashboard development and support
- Visualize and tell compelling stories with data.
Prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business stakeholders to implement
- Troubleshoot production issues as L1 support including RCA and communication.
Escalate the issue to L2 support and follow through until the issue is resolved
- Own and manage recurring analytic or reporting processes including manual refresh of existing Tableau Dashboards
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least 4 years of experience working with SQL and APIs in ETL process, **required.
**:
- At least 4 years in Tableau / Power BI development.
Tableau Desktop certification is **desired.
**:
- 3-4 years of experience in Alteryx development.
Core Designer License Certified is **desired.
**:
- Hands-on experience working with OCR, PDF to text, text mining, Intelligent Document Processing, **a plus**.
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (power apps, power automate, power virtual agent), **a plus**.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Report, Dashboard and CRM, **a plus**.
- Hands-on experience working with R/Python/Predictive Analytics, **a plus**.
- Ability to work in an agile environment whilst working with customers to deliver the final solution
- Accountable to work independently and efficiently to meet tight deadlines
**EDUCATION REQUIRED**:
- Undergraduate degree in analytic/quantitative field such as: Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related analytical field of study or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Advanced English.
