We are looking for a passionate analytics guru with in-depth expertise of the customer experience lifecycle and ability to create and develop innovative BI solutions.**Your Area of Focus**:- Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers- Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new features- Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization- Provide innovative analytical insights oriented to consumer analytics- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and use mixed-method approaches to data analysis- Analyze, synthesize, and share research findings into key insights for stakeholders- Assist in the design, implementation, and enforcement of data infrastructure, security and system policies- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics models that drive business decisions- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on processes, offerings to improve client satisfaction and loyalty**Your Professional Qualifications**:- 8+ years in business intelligence/analytics experience- 4+ years experience working with consumer analytics- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (engineering, math, statistics, data science)- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and other visualization tools. Senior level reporting experience within at least one BI tool (Sisense, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)- Proficient SQL, Python, R or DAX- Experience in statistical modelling and machine learning techniques- Previous experience in highly cross functional roles and partnership with different departments- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to higher management- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement- We are an equal opportunity employer.
