This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the company's total compensation programs, including base salary, short and long-term incentive compensation, job evaluations, and data analysis.
- Prepares analytics and advises Compensation Consultants regarding compensation recommendations for new hires and promotions, market analysis, and other compensation projects and initiatives.
- Support global benchmarking process by participating in and analyzing industry survey data to settle competitiveness of total compensation programs.
- Use critical thinking to synthesize large bodies of data.
- Audit current processes to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
- Provides Compensation Consultants with key analytics and project support including but not limited to benchmarking analysis, periodic compensation reporting/metrics and supports key priorities such as Job Architecture and other projects.
- Analyzes and recommends changes to current practice based on the latest market trends and standard processes to ensure the organization stays driven in the market and industry.
- Provides support to the Compensation Delivery team for the global annual compensation planning process including annual salary increase, bonus payouts and equity plans
- Educate People Team & Managers on compensation programs and processes.
- Partners with the Digital People Delivery team as needed to ensure that all systems meet compensation needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
- 3-5 years' work experience in compensation
- Experience in global market pricing and job evaluation
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of team members.
- Ability to operate in a face-paced environment with ambitious priorities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - both oral and written required for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, together with strong presentation skills
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Good organization skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking, communication and analytical skills
- Experience within the global financial services and/or technology sectors
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the SuccessFactors platform preferred.
