Under minimum supervision, contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.May answer inquiries and resolve problems.Requires extensive knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.May require advanced problem solving.Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.Role RequirementsHigh school education required, Bachelor's degree desired.Excellent English required, writing, and speaking.Advanced excel is a plus.3 years of service industry or relevant experience is desired.Collections experience is desired.Strong Teamwork.Open for provide and receive feedback.Capacity to work under pressure.Ability to adapt quickly.Proactive personally and change agent mentality.Innovative mindset.Leadership Skills.Microsoft Office proficiency.
