**Descripción del puesto**:
The Sr. Category Analyst - Indirect Procurement provides consultative insights into new value generation opportunities to Category leaders and business teams. Performs program assessment, critical metric analysis, data aggregation and evaluation of key category insights driven by market, business process, financial, group/divisional level requirements to deliver incremental procurement value across the corporation.
This role reports locally into the Center of Excellence with dotted line to the Sr. Director, Indirect PMO leader and will support the global indirect procurement team with business process and program analytics for various strategic spend programs. This role will require strong procurement expertise to effectively structure and analyze complex data and is an extension of the indirect procurement team performing program analytics on high value ($700-800m) strategic spend programs. Strong procurement or business expertise is required to effectively coordinate and understand complex data sets (multi site, multi format, multi supplier) and identify improvement opportunities in support of indirect strategic initiatives.
**Requisitos**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field.
Certification in Project Management is desirable.
English B2+
**Experience**:
5+ years of procurement category management, sourcing, or purchasing/supply chain experience.
3+ years program/project management experience within a consultancy organization or within a
consulting capacity is strongly preferred.
Experience working in a matrix-based procurement environment, driving program analytics, program management and executing strategic procurement initiatives.
Business Analyst experience focused on cost assessments, low cost sourcing, Return on Investment development, supplier performance preferred.
Experience analyzing procurement data to draw business relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
Program management experience in a matrix-based procurement environment.
