Senior Buyer

Company from medical industry es looking for a Senior Buyer, who will be responsable for:

- Monitor, coordinate and manage all procurement and replenishment processes in accordance with internal policies and in close collaboration with involved departments.
- Customer-focused purchasing orientation.
Execute all aspects of purchasing and scheduling to achieve objectives for service, inventory management and operational goals.
It is the focal point for operational performance delivering customer distinction.
- Strong collaboration with the different Value Stream Teams (VST), Logistics and Planning and Management will be critical to meeting business goals.
**Knowledge / Education**
- Bilingual English/Spanish - Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or International Trades.
- Knowledge on ERP systems.
- APICS (CPIM) certification.
- Additional Knowledge it's considered a Plus.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma Methodology (black belt certification) and Lean Manufacturing.
**Job Experience**
- From 5 to 10 years of experience in purchasing and manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of experience within the medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical fields, or any other highly regulated industry (i.e.
food, aerospace, etc.).
