- Expertise in analysing complex business requirements and conducting thorough assessments.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools such as Fishbone diagrams and the "5 Whys" technique to uncover root issues and propose improvements.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with invoicing platforms and experience in selecting and implementing such systems.
- Gather and analyse business requirements related to Accounts Receivable.
- Assess current AR processes and propose improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Provide support in the selection and implementation of invoicing platforms.
