This role will report to the Global Head of Demand Generation and be part of the Growth team, which is made up of high-performing, best in class talent that supports Directive's company initiatives.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Ideate concepts and execute on forward-thinking digital designs that are unique and distinct
- Research audience segments, competitors, and industry trends to develop fresh visual marketing solutions
- Build collaborative working relationships to effectively navigate Directive's needs and challenges
- Provide and receive design critique to help constantly refine and push our work
- Optimize the customer's journey from every stage of the funnel in order to drive revenue and other essential performance metrics
- Keep up to date with visual design trends and further your knowledge in the responsibilities you are given
- Ensure that all work meets general accessibility standards such as appropriate contrast ratio and text size
- Understand limitations with web or coding and either find smart solutions to work around them or know when to bring in developer support
- Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization best practices and common tools
- Create high-quality work and collaborate with developers for web design hand-off
- Creation of all design assets including, but not limited to, short videos, motion graphics, and case studies.
**What You Offer**:
- Fluency in English
- 4+ years of professional design experience, specifically within the digital realm, with a strong background in motion graphics
- A portfolio that exemplifies strong visual design with a clean aesthetic and a focus on tailoring the customer experience - **Applications without a portfolio will not be considered**:
- The ability to confidently present and defend your design work to a variety of stakeholders, backing your choices up with easy-to-understand research, and receiving any feedback with grace
- Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams in order to achieve overall goals
- Excellent time management skills and self-starting attitude that demonstrate an ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills that allow teammates to connect with your thought process
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including AfterEffects and Premiere), Figma, and Sketch/InVision
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
