Qualifications: * + Bachelor's degree or currently studying Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or IT related field.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Billing Process + Excellent Excel as an end user.
+ English written (70%) and speaking (70%) is mandatory.
+ Strong understanding of billing systems and financial regulations.
+ Desirable knowledge in Cognos + Desirable proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Power BI,Phyton, SQL).
+ Experience with process automation tools and methodologies.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

About the role: DHL is hiring a Senior Billing Agent to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team.
In this role, it provides support and results to achieve a correct, complete and timely solution to many situations that may arise.

Execution of Controls (CRISP): * Execute billing controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
* Provide information to auditors and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
* Create and Analyze Billing Reports and Data: * Generate accurate and timely billing reports for management review.
* Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enhance billing processes.
* Automate Processes: * Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline billing operations.
* Continuously evaluate existing processes and suggest enhancements to reduce manual or repetitive efforts.
