Senior Application Support Specialist

** **Our Solution Support team is looking for a new team member.
As a Senior Application Support Specialist you will provide on-site, on-call support activities for Customer Service Module of ServiceNow Application and ensure that all agreed targets, SLA's and Metrics are met.
**What you will do**:

- Prioritize requests in accordance with agreed criteria and the needs of the organization in accordance with Service Level Agreements
- Investigate problems and other requests for support and determines appropriate actions

**Essential Skills**:

- Knowledge of Windows/Linux based systems
- Knowledge of Database system and SQL
- Strong customer focus

**Must have Technical Experience**:

- Functional knowledge of CSM module of ServiceNow.
**Nice to have Technical Experience**
- Solid knowledge of CSM module
- Functional understanding of OpenFrame / CTI technology
- Functional understanding of NOW Experience UI Framework
- Functional understanding of JMS integrations
- Functional understanding of internationalization (i18n)
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow Machine Learning and Predictive Intelligence capabilities
