The GBS FS organization is a high performing team comprised of more than 1,300 colleagues located in 8 sites around the world.The Vendor Center of Excellence team within the GBS Transformation & Project Management Tower (T&PM) is responsible for master data quality and governance across an enterprise-wide organization delivering Best in Class performance of quality and compliance to support the organization and Pfizer's future scale.
The Vendor Center of Excellence (CoE) Sr. Analyst will be a Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for the Vendor Master and Third-Party MAPP functional areas, master data, business processes, and operations as part of the Global Vendor CoE team within the Enterprise Master Data Services organization in T&PM.This role will be a key resource engaging global stakeholders and supporting cross functional coordination with different teams and business partners across the enterprise organization.The Vendor CoE Senior Analyst role is an individual contributor role with a requirement to influence in a matrixed environment.
This role will be involved with stakeholders and internal customers.
In addition, a key portion of cross functional teamwork support of the Vendor CoE team and Global Lead.

Primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role are:Subject Matter Expert for Global Vendor Master Process, Governance, Operations, Enabling Technology and ComplianceSupport local and global Vendor Master Management teams with expertise on applicable global process and strategy.
Support large base of key Stakeholders and Business partnersManage business requirements for functional area ensuring compliance and alignment to global data integrity and processesTranslate Global Vendor Master requirements to enabling technology systemsCreate and maintain documentation for Global and regional teams' processes and governanceEnsure compliance with system accesses and security for Global Vendor Master functional areaIdentify, lead, and implement Continuous Improvement opportunities via business processes and system enhancementsProvide training and communications both internally and externally as requiredSupport Global Strategic Initiatives and IntegrationsManage complex organizational initiatives for Vendor Master processes, data, and systems related to Mergers, Acquisitions, and DivestituresSupport system integrations and deployments for adherence to Vendor Master data and process integrity and compliance including large scale data conversionsLead regional and global cross functional projects from Vendor Master perspective as neededFacilitate business process changes, requirements management, change management and implementation ensuring compliance to policiesSupport Vendor Master Fraud Prevention & Risk ManagementDrive proactive risk management of Fraud Prevention for Vendor Master functional areaPartner with Global Security & Cybersecurity teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesPerform investigation and remediation of fraud events and attempts at Vendor MasterSupport Fraud Prevention Governance and Awareness initiativesStakeholder / Business Partner EngagementResponsible to support a large base of key stakeholders and business partners at various levels.
Support businesses' requirements and provide process consultation for functional area ensuring compliance and alignment to global data integrity and processes.ERP Systems Administration Translate functional area's requirements into enabling technology systems ensuring compliance with system accesses and security.
Identify and implement Continuous Improvement opportunities via system enhancements in partnership with Digital business partners.QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required.Minimum 5 years' experience in master data management, finance, or shared services operational environments within the applicable functional areasDetailed knowledge of Vendor Master processes, master data, and operationsStrong Knowledge of ERP systems and applicable financial systemsStrong business acumen and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with colleagues in cross-functional areas in a complex and global environment.Excellent oral, written, and overall communication skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, organized & acts decisively in a changing business environment.
