**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced data analyst who will support our sales team as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst by providing meaningful insights through reports and dashboards.
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst's main responsibility will be to produce useful insights and present those to the organization in an effort to improve performance of our sales team.
You will also be responsible for forecasting future trends and highlighting inefficiencies to help our team meet their goals.
Strong sales facing experience and being proactively driven with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment are key success drivers for this role.
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role for the North American Experian Data Quality (EDQ) business.
- Analyze forecasts and performance data to gain actionable insights for Sales leaders.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze the necessary data to derive insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards for internal teams through meaningful graphs and visualizations.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications**
What your background looks like**
- BA/BS degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations as a data or business intelligence analyst, or analyst function.
- Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to identify trends in large data sets and communicate findings.
- Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills; ability to create meaningful dashboards, reverse engineer existing reports and visualizations.
- SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ.
- Experience with database tools/programming preferred; ability to optimize SQL queries for integration is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
