Role Responsibilities:Support the Operations & Product activities for the Account Payout Network service.Act as a liaison to the Technical team and Regional Managers in addressing and resolve open items.Deliver data analytics to Product/Business on past, current and possible future trends and recommend technical improvement opportunities.Develop, improve and maintain relationships with internal departments and External Partners.Role Requirements: Bacherlor's degree in related areas such as Engineering or Industrial Management.3 – 5 years of experience in related fields such as financial industry, Banking, Services, Mass distribution, Operations or Engineering.Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL is a plus.Experience working with Salesforce and Service Now is a plus.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.Leadership skills with peers and stakeholders, be a problem solver.Strong sense of urgency and proactiveness skills.Availability to work between 07:00 am and 16:00 pm, working from Monday to Friday in a hybrid format of 3 days on-site at our offices and 2 home offices.Please upload your resume in English.
