Senior Analyst, Indirect Procurement (Hybrid)

**What you will do**

You will be a part of our Corporate Indirect Procurement function and will be supporting the Coupa SAAS solution (Purchasing platform, Invoicing, Supplier Information Management, and Sourcing modules) and other procurement systems and processes as needed, providing efficient and effective support, issue resolution, and process improvement.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Provide front line support for Coupa & Adobe E-sign Process
- Provide end user and supplier support and training, primarily for the Global IT team
- Manage internal supplier information process, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and interface failure resolution. Coordinate with suppliers, technical resources, and data experts for resolution
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders
- Deliver commitments on time and as needed
- Identify/drive process improvement opportunities, and support ad-hoc projects as required
- Drive process to route NDAs for signature and deliver signed agreements to stakeholders in a timely fashion
- Provide e-sourcing RFx support for various IP stakeholders and projects

**What you need**
- Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain Management or related field -highly preferred)
- 2 years of experience in procure to pay processes, indirect or direct purchasing and/or production planning experience, preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
