The Senior Analyst has the responsibility of supporting process design and documentation within OTC functional areas.
The individual is expected to collaborate with the various business partners to ensure effective process design; need to have a perspective of the team's strategy, policies, goals and objectives; present management with recommendations for Process Improvements and resolution of key issues.
- Knowledge of the products, billing methods (recurring, milestones, fixed fees, time and materials, etc.)
and various systems used.
- Understand /address any potential situations that might affect the customers/revenue of a contract; ensure management team are informed of any potential situations.
- Escalate cross-functional issues to Senior Management as needed to coordinate system updates if needed.
- Identify/establish/manage the execution of controls to mitigate the risks within the secure and control environment.
- Identify opportunities that can simplify/ streamline operation efficiencies in data collection/ consumption and invoicing
- Deliver business performance improvement through addressing data quality.
Assist in developing/improving data requirements from OTC for the key systems to drive data changes
- Create documentation and process flow for the various functions
- Adhere to established team KPIs and monitor success and progress.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting or related field is required.
- 3+ years experiences performing in the relevant fields.
- Self-starter with ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Experience in handling large amount of data and enhancing accuracy.
- Knowledge in preparing process flow and documentation.
- A background demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving ability, exercises sound judgment.
- Fully explores problems and/or opportunities and provides solutions proactively.
- Focuses on results with a sense of urgency.
Proven ability to overcome obstacles and bring issues to closure.
- Strong organizational/planning skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Individual should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
