What You Will Achieve

Your expertise and skills will help Pfizer build robust financial controls to manage its finance and accounting practices.
You will put in place system controls and determine the operation's consistency with corporate objectives and standards through various verification methods and processes.

This position delivers improvements in "End-to-End" process efficiency and effectiveness and provides continuous improvement and project management expertise to functions to deliver tangible benefits to the Global Inventory Function.

How You Will Achieve It
- Contribute to the completion of projects, manages own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for activities on own projects.
- Participate in projects that require creativity and analytical skills.
- Ensure audit deliverables are provided timely and to a high standard.
- Actively support team's value proposition by keeping processes aligned with the delivery model and global standard, adhering to our internal controls structures and help identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to team effort and assist co-workers as needed to balance workloads.
- Coordinate resolution of any issues, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
- Effectively coordinate and drive knowledge sharing through a mix of remote interaction and site visits according to business needs.
- Ensure proper documentations on all transactions based on company's policies and procedures in the area of Accounting.
- Prepare basic analysis for external accountants and Corporate Audit and ensure adherence to local accounting regulations.
- Lead the end to end process review for the Inventory function in order to find standardization opportunities
- Lead the implementation of world class business processes across the regions
- Proactive identification/evaluation of process improvement opportunities
- Liaise with stakeholders and teams to learn and implement best practices and to drive customer and performance improvements.
- Delivering Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt training and coaching program
- Responsible for the measurement and performance reporting against Continuous Improvement set targets
- Responsible for change, risk and communications management for the improvement projects
- Develop and ensure consistent Process Excellence policies and procedures across the region
- Maintaining the Master Process Repository for processes
- Supports and helps drive the successful change to a Process Based Organization Responsible for promoting a continuous improvement culture and staff engagement initiatives

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Have
- Degree (BA) in Industrial Engineer, Business or Finance related field is preferred Significant experience managing complex projects focused on transformational change in business processes and organizationally
- Experience in process improvement methodologies, training and implementation (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) is required.
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Information Technology skills, System Application & Products, Hyperion Financial Management / Financial Data Quality Management Smart View experience
- Experience in dealing with external auditors and overseeing the audit process
- Experience in project management methodologies, training and implementation is highly desirable.
- Strong experience in managing project teams
- Experience working in an Shared Services/Outsourcing environment is preferred
- Customer focused and a team player, able to work cross functionally Intercultural sensitivity
- Experience in preparation of financial statements
- Ability to work and influence across different countries
