**About the role**:
As a **_Senior AI/ML Engineer_**, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms for solving complex problems.
- Train and optimize models, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and innovations
**Our Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or a relevant technical field with equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years' experience in software development using python and knowledge about ML tools & techniques.
- Experience working on NLP, Retrieval Augmented Generation, LLM fine-tuning, ML Platform, MLOps, LLMOps
- Experience in building cloud-based ML products deployed on AWS, Azure, GCP.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience delivering machine learning models in production environments
- Hands-on experience with new frameworks such as llama-index and langchain, ability to quickly adapt to and exploit new AI technologies.
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes or Cloud development Kits (CDK)
